Booking Protocol
I work exclusively with clients whose desires align with my offerings. To schedule a session with me, a discovery phone conversation is required. The purpose of this call is to discuss your intentions, establish compatibility between us, and address any questions you may have.
Currently, I ask that you book a minimum of 90 minutes for sessions in my Oakland space because of the drive time for me to get there.
If you’re a first time client, I highly recommend booking 90 minutes or 2 hours.
Deposit
To secure your session, an electronic deposit is required at the time of scheduling: $100 for San Rafael location, $200 for Oakland location. The deposit can be sent via Venmo or CashApp. The remaining balance is to be paid at the beginning of our session via Venmo, CashApp, or Cash.
Cancellation
I ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
If 24 hours notice is given, your booking deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session. It will not be refunded.
Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive credit towards a future session or a refund.
